Bright Futures Scholarship General Reminder

You must have these volunteer hours pre-approved by your alpha counselor and have the appropriate paperwork filled out for them to count towards Bright Futures. Further, ALL volunteer hours MUST be completed by your graduation date.


The scholarship supports four years of undergraduate studies in an approved program of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) as well as the one-year MS Business graduate degree at Texas A&M's Mays Business School. Wendy Heisman Scholarship

The Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholarship is awarding over $60,000 in college scholarships. These scholarships are meant to recognize senior athletes who excel in the classroom, on the field, and in the community. Please go to to apply.


STEM@Work provides Lee County students in grades 9-12 the opportunity to learn about Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in the workplace.
Students who participate in STEM@Work will visit several area businesses during the 2018-19 school year to learn how valuable STEM skills are to local employers looking to hire new employees.

If interested in applying, please fill out the google form located in your counselor class Google Classroom.

All applications must be submitted by August 31st, 2018.
