Debbie Diggs, Principal
Debbie Diggs is in her 25th year in local education. She grew up in Gainesville, FL and attended the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida earning her Bachelor's degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. In later years she earned her Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. After working as a math teacher in Lee and Charlotte counties for seven years, she worked at the district office in Staff Development designing and implementing training for instructional and support staff. In 2005, she opened Ida S. Baker High School and served as an administrator there for the last eleven years. Mrs. Diggs is married to Chris and has three sons, Jordan, Drayton and Christian. She is proud to be a part of the North Fort Myers High School family and an active part of the community.
John Drake, Assistant Principal
John Drake has been an administrator at North Fort Myers High since 1998. He is very proud of all the programs and opportunities North High provides for its students. He is married and has three sons. Mr. Drake enjoys reading especially books on history.

Michelle Stewart, Assistant Principal
Dr. Michelle Stewart is a proud North High graduate (1996) and Lee County native. She attended Florida Gulf Coast University (Legal Studies) and Nova Southeastern University where she received her Master's Degree (Educational Leadership) and Doctorate Degree (Organizational Leadership/Human Resource Development). Michelle has worked for the School District of Lee County for 16 years; 7 years in transportation, 8 years as a teacher, and 1 year as a reading coach. She has one son and enjoys outdoor activities and community outreach.
